Information
"NextGen Women: Energizing HPC" is a 60-minute session under the "Energy Efficiency in HPC and AI" topic within the "Community & HPC" program area at ISC 2026. The session highlights cutting-edge research in HPC and AI for energy efficiency while celebrating women making significant contributions across mid- to early-career stages. The session features three 15-minute talks from invited speakers from the USA, UK, and Germany, each followed by a 5-minute Q&A. A distinguished mid-career researcher opens the session, providing context and visibility, followed by two early-career speakers sharing innovative approaches in energy-aware scheduling, sustainable HPC, and AI-driven efficiency. By amplifying diverse voices shaping the future of energy-efficient HPC and AI, the session aims to broaden participation, foster networking and collaboration, and strengthen community-building at ISC. Presentation materials will be available via ISC Swapcard.
