Information
Urgent science refers to science that supports rigorous, data-driven decision-making in response to emergencies while effectively managing inherent uncertainties. AI and the HPC Continuum, which integrates distributed data sources with pervasive computing resources spanning HPC/Cloud to the edge, enabling novel data-driven scientific workflows to understand end-to-end phenomena, drive experimentation, and facilitate urgent decision-making. This panel session will explore urgent science workflows, understand how leverage AI and the digital continuum, and discuss associated research challenges and opportunities.
