Targeted Audience
This tutorial targets end-users who want to install and run packages, scientific software developers who plan to author their own packages and automate their dependency management, and HPC facility staff who want to deploy packages for their users. This tutorial covers the most common Spack installation workflows.

Prerequesites
Attendees should have basic familiarity with compiling and running programs. Basic Python and shell skills are a plus. No knowledge of package managers, build systems, or Spack is required.
