The server CPU market is evolving at the system level with multiple accelerators and disaggregation. At the same time, due to the slowing of Moore’s Law and the high cost of advanced technology manufacturing nodes, compute elements are becoming more integrated through advanced packaging of chiplets. In this talk, SiPearl will outline the future of server compute elements and their near-term roadmap.
