Quantum-HPC Use-Case Design Patterns

This talk will present an outline of a collection of quantum-HPC use-cases and their workflows that are being developed across ongoing EuroHPC JU HPC-QC projects. Across these use-cases are emergent patterns in their control flows and data flows that can characterise their workflows that can be used to co-design quantum-HPC hardware and software infrastructure as well as mapping and execution of the computational tasks on optimal HPC-QC backends. This talk outlines the beginning of this work to be carried out across the EuroHPC JU HPC-QC projects by ICHEC and partners.
