Toubkal is a cutting-edge high-performance computing (HPC) system aimed at enhancing scientific research and fostering technological innovation across Africa. It boasts a variety of specialized nodes, including general-purpose CPU nodes, high-memory nodes, and GPU-accelerated nodes, all interconnected by a high-throughput, low-latency network. In addition to its exceptional LINPACK performance, Toubkal ranks 162nd on the Green500 list, highlighting its effective blend of computational power and energy efficiency. We will provide in this presentation insights into Toubkal's current infrastructure, along with success stories and notable projects that underscore its impact.
