ETP4HPC has published its sixth Strategic Research Agenda.
It is considered the ‘Bible’ of European HPC Technology. While its main objective is to define the priorities of the EuroHPC (and other) Work Programmes, it is also its role to define them in a way that helps the current projects continue their efforts.
The EuroHPC Multi-Annual SRA (its internal roadmap), which serves directly as the source of the HPC Technology Work Programme, and which is based on the ETP4HPC SRA, will have been issued in March 2025.
This session will present the main paradigm-changing directions of the SRA, focusing on the specific areas of Hardware and Software technologies namely: System Architecture, System Hardware, Algorithms and Systems Software. We’d like to confront them with the future research & development needs of the projects, whose representatives we hope to find in the audience. An SRA6 Agile White Paper (as Gap Analysis) will be produced out of the results of this session and attached to the master SRA document.
